Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Freelancer (www.aifreelancer.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the service.

AI Freelancer provides AI-powered tools and automation services for freelancers, creators, and online businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Content Generation: Logo design, brand identity, image and video generation, sketch-to-design conversion.
• Business Tools: Landing page creation, business proposal writing, trading signal charts.
• Automation: WhatsApp AI agent management with multi-account support.
• Audio: AI voiceover generation in multiple languages.
• Community: A showcase gallery where users share AI-generated work.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To use AI Freelancer, you must:

• Age: Be at least 16 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Accuracy: Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.
• One Account: Each individual may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

AI Freelancer offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 20 AI generations per month with access to basic tools.
• Pro Plan: 300 AI generations per month with full tool access.
• Business Plan: 1,000+ AI generations per month with priority features.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Chargily (CIB/Dahabiya), BaridiMob (Algeria Post), Lemon Squeezy (international credit/debit cards), and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Generation quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Taxes: Prices shown may not include applicable local taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.

You agree not to use AI Freelancer to:

• Illegal Content: Generate or distribute content that violates any applicable law, including copyright, defamation, or privacy laws.
• Harmful Material: Create content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or exploits minors in any way.
• Deception: Use AI outputs to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others without clear disclosure that the content is AI-generated.
• Abuse: Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or databases.
• Spam: Use the WhatsApp agent feature or any tool to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Circumvention: Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment systems, or access controls.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

AI Freelancer leverages third-party AI models (including fal.ai, OpenAI GPT-4o, ElevenLabs, and others) to produce content. By using our tools you acknowledge:

• No Guarantee: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for professional use. We do not warrant the accuracy of any generated content.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the suitability of any AI-generated content before publication or commercial use.
• Ownership: Subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers, you retain ownership of content you generate using our tools, provided it does not infringe third-party rights.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify AI Freelancer against any claims arising from your use or misuse of AI-generated content.

All platform assets — including the AI Freelancer name, logo, interface design, underlying code, algorithms, and original written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Freelancer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform assets without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited license to use the platform as described herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Freelancer and its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or its tools.
• Any AI-generated content, its accuracy, or its legal implications.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@aifreelancer.app or through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform and all generated content stored on our servers will be revoked.
• Any unused generations or subscription days are forfeited and non-refundable unless covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algeria. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of AI Freelancer after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform before the changes take effect.
